Comparison between School magazine & Music magazine

The first picture is my preliminary task and the second my finalised front cover. The process of creation was very different due to the fact the programmes used were different. I produced my school magazine on Microsoft Publisher which was a much easier procedure as I was familiar with the software so it was much easier to create so the school magazine did not portray the standards which I wanted to reach. Knowing this, I decided to use 'Indesign' to create a more professional look and to match the market of other music magazines so it didn't look out of place, with more advanced technologies which was much difficult to use but as you can see is much more effective and portrays professionalism.
